Sunday, April 20 will mark the beginning of one of the largest Earth Day gatherings in U.S. history - including day-long events on the National Mall in Washington, DC and other cities throughout the U.S.

The event is being led by Earth Day Network, a non-profit organization that was founded by the organizers of the original Earth Day in 1970.

SPP will be in attendance and will have a exhibit booth setup.

Also, on Monday 4/21/08, Washington DC will host “Green DC Week” at Freedom Plaza. SPP will be on site for this event throughout the week long festivities.
