Solar Panels Plus announces that the ET Photovoltaic panels that it distributes now includes a worldwide product liability insurance coverage. Arranged by Aon, a New York based insurance brokerage firm, the coverage is provided by Huatai Insurance Company in which the global insurance giant ACE is the single largest shareholder. ACE, whose financial risking is A+ by Standard & Poor’s, is a leading insurance and reinsurance provider incorporated in Switzerland and listed on NYSE.
The coverage includes both bodily injury and property damages caused by PV modules sold, supplied and distributed to ET Solar’s customers.Claims can be directly filed at ACE’s overseas offices in or closest to the claimants’ geographies. Renewable every year, the global policy provides an immediate coverage for the next twelve months.
