The SPP Flush Mount system for solar pv panels is a top-clamping rail system designed to reduce installation time & costs, while providing maximum strength for all types of environments and conditions.

This top-clamping mounting system uses a single tool with a unique and innovative RAD™ Fastener for faster bolt placement. This helps speed up the installation process, saving time and money. The bolts all use a single tool (5/16" hardware) to allow for simple installation.

The various mounting rails are designed to be high strength, durable, and built to withstand various conditions - such as high wind speed, or heavy snow loads. These rails also feature an integrated channel for wire management, making the installation easier while providing a professional finish.

This PV racking solution offers a very broad range of mounting supports, allowing secure, watertight mounting to any roof material or style.

PV Racking - Tilted Ballast System

The SPP Titled Ballast system for solar pv panels is a fully ballasted, high strength mounting system. This racking solution allows for the mounting of pv modules without penetrating the roof membrane, while evenly distributing the weight across the roof's surface.

The top down panel clamping system features fewer parts for a fast installation while providing a secure mounting structure for the pv modules. This system features designs that have been tested in a full scale wind tunnel facility, ensuring worry-free installation regardless of wind conditions - all while minimizing the dead weight load on the roof.

Furthermore, to maximize solar pv production, this system offers an open air design and optional tilt angles ranging from 5 to 25 degrees.

This solution also features full scale flexibility, allowing installers and designers to configure the racking around obstructions, shading or other obstacles, while simultaneously maximizing the number of modules.

This system features designs that have been tested in a full scale wind tunnel facility, supporting full ballast applications with less weight for most applications.

This solution also features full scale flexibility, allowing installers and designers to configure the racking around obstructions, shading or other obstacles, while simultaneously maximizing the number of modules.

Precision ballast pans double as rail spacer members, eliminating measuring and further speeding the installation process. Integrated wiring channels, single tool assembly, top access module clamps, and pre-installed EPDM protection all allow for a fast, high quality, professional installation.
