SPP also offers several single wall tank configurations, including:

  • Sizes from 80 to 5,000 gallons or more

The above image shows some of the various stages of installing a Haase solar tank. The tank is made of fiber fiberglass. Tanks are assembled on site to save shipping costs and to fit through standard sized doorways, go down stairs etc. Delivery availability varies.

STSS Custom Built Solar Tanks
Solar Water Tanks with up to 4 Heat Exchangers
Single wall tanks with 1,2,3 or 4 heat exchangers. STSS solar tanks use custom copper coil heat exchangers sized precisely to the individual application. Sizes 160 to 1,205 gallons ship within 2-3 weeks. Allow 3-4 weeks for larger sizes up to 5,000 gallons. Tanks are assembled on site to save shipping costs and to fit through standard sized doorways, go down stairs etc.

All STSS tanks are single wall solid .032 aluminum, 2” full face urethane insulation, top is R-18 and side is R-19, bottom is R-12. 5 year 100% parts and shipping warranty. Lining is EPDM roof grade rubber.Tank sizes of up to 1205 gallons are crated 19" wide and 54" high. Two people can walk a large tank through a doorway, into the structure and have it piped up in an hour. Tank sizes from 184 to 1550 gallons are 48" to 72" high.
